Dear Gene, One day last week I brought my van in to you for servicing and drove away later that same afternoon secure in the knowledge that I was once again road-worthy.
Since 1992 when I lost my legs as a result of a hit and run accident, my handicapped equipped van has enabled me to maintain an active life. Without my van, my mobility would have been greatly reduced leaving me to depend on others and restricting my activities. Your help and support have been an integral part in my ability to lead such a busy and productive life.
Over the past eighteen years I have come to rely on you to work your magic and keep me safely on the road. From the first van that you handicapped equipped for me in 1992 to my current (3rd) van, you have been a Godsend. How many times have you worked on my lift, fixed the doors, towed my van, etc?

We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service and education you provided us during our search for a handicap vehicle. The Honda Odyssey with the VMI Northstar conversion was absolutely the best choice for us and we love it, and more importantly, Matthew loves it.

The Honda Odyssey with the VMI Northstar conversion has been one of the best investments that we have ever made and we love it. Now going out with the entire family is a cinch, my wife and I in the front, Matthew in the middle, and his big sister and big brother in the back. We all can easily reach out to Matthew and immediately attend to his every need. (Sometimes I cheat a little and I go in the back so I can watch a video with Matthew on the entertainment system....SpongeBob is one of our favorites.)

Thank You to Marlene Wechselblatt for the kind words about Don Dufty: I first met Don when I was looking to buy a van with a ramp to accommodate a wheelchair.
