Wheelchair Accesible Van Rental Policies & General Information

General Information

Our vans are equipped with a lowered floor, fully automatic lift, and ramp or wheelchair tie downs. The vans seat one wheelchair occupant, a driver, and three adult passengers. Drivers must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver's license, along with current insurance coverage that includes collision.

Additional Charges

Additional mileage rate = .25$ mile.

7% NJ Sales Tax and $5 per day Domestic Security fee.

The van departs with a full tank of gas, and must be returned with a full tank as well. Vans returned without a full tank of gas will be charged an additional fee of $65.00. If the van is returned in need of cleaning there will also be an additional fee of $65.00.

To reserve van, please call 1-800-221-0034 or reserve on the web at MONMOUTHVANS.COM We will be in touch with you shortly to confirm availability and assist you with the reservation. We require a 50% deposit to hold the vehicle, with the remaining balance due upon pick up. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are only refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to daily, weekend, and weekly rentals, and two (2) weeks prior to monthly rentals.
